Package A Vs. Package B

Effective 14 Sept 2010, we have split the prices into TWO(2) packages; Package A and Package B

What is the difference between PACKAGE A & PACKAGE B?

Item Description:

Both Package A and Package B are the same, no difference at all.

Warranty Period 

Both Package A and Package B are the same, no difference at all. 

1. Medela Freestyle 
   • 1 Year Limited Warranty for Pump(Motor) and 90 days Limited Warranty for Other Parts
2. Medela Swing 
   • 1 Year Limited Warranty for Pump(Motor) and 90 days Limited Warranty for Other Parts
3. Philips AVENT Single Electronic 
   • 1 Year Limited Warranty for Pump(Motor) and 30 days Limited Warranty for Other Parts
4. Philips AVENT Twin Electronic   
   • 1 Year Limited Warranty for Pump(Motor) and 30 days Limited Warranty for Other Parts 

So, what is the different?

The difference is on the COST for Warranty Claim* Process;

Package A - All COSTS** for warranty claim will be borne by FW

Package B - All COSTS** for warranty claim will be borne by customer

For both Package A and B, warranty claim will be handled and assisted by FW.

Notes:

1. The warranty is valid only for damage due to manufacturer defect. If the damage caused by negligence of the customer, warranty claim will not be entertained.
2. We will provide a loan for breast pump during the period of warranty claim process and it is subject to breast pump availability.
3.  * All Breast pumps products were imported from UK/US and warranty claim should be made through the country of origin
4.  ** COSTS inclusive of shipping from Malaysia to UK/US (return), and packaging
